Sh Pritam did his matriculation from GSSS tauni devi and graduation (B. Sc. Med)from Doaba College Jallandhar.He persuaded his B.Ed. from Govt. college of education Jallandhar.
He joined the Deptt. of education as TGT Science in 1984 through batch wise appointments at GMS Rathal(Shimla). He was promoted to the post of Headmaster in 2008 and joined the office at GHS Luder Mahadev (Hamirpur) . He was further promoted to the post of Principal in 2013 and joined the office at GSSS Panjalag(Mandi).
