Sh Deep did his matriculation from GSSS Tihra and senior secondary from GSSS sarkaghat.
He did his graduation (B.Sc. ) from MLSM college Sunder Nagar and B.Ed. from GM college of Education Srinagar.He further persuaded his post graduation (M.Com) and M.Ed. from HP university Shimla.
He joined the Deptt. of Education in 1996 as TGT (NM) through batchwise appointment and joined the office at GMS Srikot(Kullu). He was promoted to the post of Lecturer in Commerce in 2003 and joined the office at GSSS Kujabalh(Mandi).
He is presently serving as School Program officer of NSS.
He has been a state volleyball player .

He has also served the deptt. of Education at GSSS Keylong, GHS Kango Ka Gehraas , GMS Tanihar,GSSS Khudi Khan,GMS Naliliyana TGT science and GSSS Cholthara as Lecturer in Commerce.
