GSSS Tihra,Distt.-Mandi is situated in the palms of kamlah fort and surrounded by world famous Awadevi temple.School is situated at Sub Tehsil headquarter Tihra. This school was established as Primary school in 1905.School was upgraded to High school in 1959 and was taken over by Indian Govt. in 1959.It was further upgraded to Senior secondary level in 1986.
School right from its beginning has produced a big number of Engineers,Doctors,administrators ,army officers and other valuable human resource for this great country.
